Interesting take from Seth -- "...be better, be different or be cheaper. And the last is no fun.", but a few obvious observations.
First off, being better or being different has many ebbs and tides... the public is fickle.
Secondly, being cheaper is not always so bad -- look at Walmart!
I think a better message might be
to be resilient, always learn, and let go of your ego (which is typically standing in your way).
P.S. Want/need some inspiration, read "
The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand. I'll bet Seth did.
